1. Introduction

• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are registering only one account. Multiple accounts per person are strictly forbidden.
• The personal information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee of jeta91 or its affiliated game providers.

jeta91 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including government-issued photo ID and proof of address. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended or permanently closed. Any funds held in unverified accounts will be subject to review before release.

4. Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. jeta91 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

• You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other individual to access or use your account.
• You must notify jeta91 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed and withdrawals initiated — will be treated as having been authorised by you unless you have reported a security breach in advance.
• jeta91 is not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

jeta91 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). jeta91 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Same-day processing for verified accounts transacting via bKash or Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• Verification Requirement: Withdrawals above ৳50,000 require completed KYC verification before processing.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.
• Currency: All account balances, bets, wins, and bonuses are denominated in BDT. jeta91 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

jeta91 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, fraud investigation, or bonus wagering requirements. In cases where fraudulent activity is confirmed, jeta91 may permanently retain the funds in question and close the account.

Deposited funds that have not been used for betting within 12 consecutive months of account inactivity may be subject to an administrative dormancy fee of ৳100 per month, applied until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Users will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

jeta91 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bet credits. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and game contribution rates.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in BDT and are visible in your account balance.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (wagering requirement) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• jeta91 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses claimed through multiple accounts or in conjunction with any Prohibited Activity will be voided without compensation.
• jeta91 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived from them if the account is found to be in breach of these Terms at any point.

Bonuses and promotions are intended as entertainment incentives only. jeta91 strongly advises against depositing solely for the purpose of claiming a bonus. All promotional offers are subject to change; current terms are always displayed on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer.

7. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on jeta91 — including sports bets on cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers), football, kabaddi, and all casino game wagers — are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed. jeta91 does not accept requests to cancel or void bets after confirmation, except in circumstances where the underlying event is cancelled or postponed in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules.
• In the event of a technical fault that affects the integrity of a game or bet, jeta91 reserves the right to void the relevant bet and return the stake to the User's account.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs). Game results are independent, unpredictable, and cannot be influenced by the User or by jeta91.
• Maximum stake and maximum win limits apply to all betting markets and game types. These limits are displayed within each game or market at the time of betting.
• jeta91 reserves the right to limit bet sizes or restrict market access for any User at its discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
• In-play (live) betting on cricket and other sports is subject to real-time odds changes. A bet is accepted only once confirmed on-screen at the displayed odds. Odds shown during the confirmation process are not guaranteed until the bet slip is fully accepted.

jeta91 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward match-fixing, insider betting, and any form of collusion between players. Any account found to be involved in such activity will be permanently closed and all funds forfeited. jeta91 cooperates fully with any relevant investigative bodies.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jeta91 Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and potential forfeiture of all funds:

• Opening more than one account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including the use of stolen payment credentials, chargeback fraud, or money laundering through the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any multiplayer game or betting market.
• Placing bets with the sole or primary intent of qualifying for or abusing a bonus offer (commonly referred to as "bonus abuse" or "bonus hunting").
• Accessing the Platform using a virtual private network (VPN) or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the operation of the Platform or adversely affects the experience of other Users.

9. Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jeta91.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

12. Limitation of Liability

jeta91's total aggregate liability to any User under these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

jeta91 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification, or prolonged account inactivity. In the event of account closure:

• Any outstanding bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited if the closure is due to a Terms breach.
• Verified real-money deposits that are not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the User via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
• jeta91 will notify the User of account closure by email where possible; however, jeta91 is not obligated to provide advance notice in cases involving suspected fraud or serious Terms breaches.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting jeta91 support via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Please note that closing your account does not waive any obligations you owe to jeta91 under these Terms that arose prior to closure.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable international online gaming standards. In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, jeta91 encourages Users to contact the support team in the first instance to resolve the matter informally.

jeta91 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a full response within 14 calendar days. If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of jeta91's internal complaint process, you may escalate the matter through the appropriate dispute resolution channels described in the Platform's support documentation.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights.

15. Miscellaneous Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and jeta91 with respect to your use of the Platform.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
